SPRING EQUINOX CEREMONY

A sacred gathering to honour the Spring Equinox - a moment of perfect balance between light and dark, winter and summer, release and renewal.

As nature awakens, we come together to reset the nervous system, open the heart, and plant powerful intentions for the months ahead.

Somatic Breathwork Journey (1 Hour)

Led by Anka

A guided somatic breathwork session designed to:

• Release stored tension

• Clear emotional holding

• Support nervous system regulation

• Create inner spaciousness and clarity

This is an embodied practice that may invite emotional release,insight or deep relaxation.You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and honour your body’s limits.

Sound Bath Immersion (1 Hour)

With Slavena

You will be bathed in healing frequencies including:

• Crystal singing bowls

• Gong & chimes

• Drum & sacred instruments

The sound journey will integrate the breathwork, activate cellular renewal, and harmonise your energy field.

Yoga mat, Blanket & pillow, Eye mask will be provided.

Bring your water bottle

Wear comfortable layers

• Severe asthma or respiratory conditions

• Pregnancy

• History of severe mental health conditions (psychosis,schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)

• Any medical condition that may be affected by changes in breathing patterns
